Rob previously served as the chief attorney for a Long Island municipality, where he managed an office of attorneys and staff.  Toward the end of his tenure, he also served as the acting chief executive officer, where he supervised approximately 350 full-time employees, over  500 part-time employees, and prepared/administered $100+ million operating/capital budgets.  Throughout his career, Rob maintained an independent caseload, which he personally handled from inception through appeal.  Rob is also a seasoned trial attorney, having successfully tried jury and bench trials at the state and federal levels, and has handled scores of arbitrations and/or administrative proceedings.

Rob is admitted to practice law in the State of New York, the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, and the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York.   He previously served as the President of the New York City Chapter of the Labor & Employment Relations Association (LERA), and as Vice Chair of the Labor & Employment Law Committee of the Nassau County Bar Association.  He graduated from Hofstra University School of Law in 2001, where he was a member of the Labor & Employment Law Journal, and graduated with honors from SUNY Albany in 1998 with a degree in business.
